There was a time when I believed that jealousy, fear, anxiety, confusion, trust issues, and body shame was simply part of being a woman.

After all… every woman I knew felt the same way. So maybe that was just how we were meant to be.

Women compare…
Women compete…
Women bully…
They gossip.

That’s just who we are, right?

Wrong.

This isn’t who we truly are—it’s who we’ve been conditioned to be.

🔌 When a woman is unplugged from her deepest power source—her sexuality—she becomes a shallow, unsure, and fearful version of herself.

Disempowered woman = Woman who is unplugged from her se*ual self

And here’s what I want you to know: Being disempowered is not your fault. Never.

It’s not our fault if we’re not “doing the work”—most of us don’t even know what “the work” is. We don’t know where things went wrong or what’s missing. We just feel, deep down, that something is off. It is easy to go along with the narrative that men just seem to have it better, when that is our true internal experience.

As someone who’s gone through the journey of self-liberation and true se*ual empowerment by sex-educating the sh*t out of myself, I want, with all my heart, to take you through the same journey.

Women are meant to be free, unapologetic, confident, compassionate, sisterhood-loving, fierce, and deeply happy. 🐦‍🔥❤️‍🔥⚡️

Women learn from a very young age that their existence carries a lot of power.

What we don’t learn is that the power is ours to own, to harness and to build empires with.

Girls generally get se*ualized from the age of 12 and learn to tone themselves down—especially their bodies and their se*uality—so they they don’t “cause trouble” or put themselves at risk.

The subconscious message is clear: The power you hold is NOT handled well in this world. Hide it. Hide yourself.

🌍🗣️ We. Can’t. Handle. You.

Surprised that women don’t or*asm as easily during s*x? Surprised that women feel scared to express their se*uality through hot outfits? It’s no wonder, given that their se*uality has been suppressed their entire lives.

We learn that our se*uality is the biggest force on Earth. That our bodies are magnetic, commanding attention and reaction.

And yet, we’re made to carry shame for having this power.

We get shamed for having such powerful bodies.

We’re told that our bodies aren’t actually ours, that embracing their full power is somehow forbidden, wrong, or even dangerous—especially if it’s for ourselves and our own intentions.

🔥 What if we reclaimed that power? 🔥

What if we healed that little girl inside of us, who learned to hide in order to be safe? What if it was time for the world to change, instead of us to adjusting ourselves to the world? 😵

Let’s reclaim this power that has always belonged to us.

You may have heard me calling myself a pioneer in modern se*uality education. So what exactly is *modern sexuality education*?

I believe that it is time for us to redefine sexuality education. We all can agree that what ever we received in school, simply wasn’t enough. And as someone who came to this world to do things differently, I find it extremely exciting to fantasize about what sexuality education COULD be. 💥

And not just fantasize, but to act on it. (As I have, for the past 5 years with PSA®)

The traditional s*x ed that focuses on contraception, STI’s and se*ual identities & choices has always felt too shallow for me. Although traditional se* ed contains a lot of valuable information, I feel like it ignores the most important part completely:

The empowerment part ⚡️

Se* ed is supposed to empower us into our true selves.

The thing they don’t properly teach us is: Se*uality is way more than just se*.

As a se*ologist, I think that even se*ology alone isn’t comprehensive enough to touch all that se*uality is.

To me pioneering in modern se*uality education means bringing the most avant-garde views on se*uality and connecting them with the primal truths of female se*uality. It means rewriting the narrative on women and their se*uality. It means bringing the untold truths about se*uality to light and setting women free.

So what is modern se*uality education?

Modern se*uality education is interdisciplinary, comprehensive and rebel. 🦹‍♀️ It approaches se*uality with eagerness, excitement, awe and empowerment. It addresses everything that was left unaddressed by our traditional s*x education.

👺 I realized the negative emotions I held daily weren’t truly mine. I wasn’t “jealous,” “insecure,” or “anxious” — I was carrying beliefs shaped by bad or non-existent se*uality education. These feelings come from social norms, media conditioning, and generations of patriarchal trauma. Understanding this freed me from feeling like something was wrong with me.

👭 learned to genuinely love other women as my sisters. When I healed my internalized misogyny and sisterhood wound, I stopped competing with other women and instead saw them as my allies. This has been one of the most magical transformations in my life.

❤️ I began to love and accept my body as it was. Understanding that beauty standards are meant to disconnect us from our bodies was revolutionary. Shifting my focus from how I look to how I feel made me realize my body is powerful and worthy just as it is.

🔥 I started having the best s*x of my life. Releasing shame and self-doubt allowed me to fully explore my plea*ure. A proper se*uality education gave me the tools to understand my body’s pleasure potential — and wow, it’s vast.

🛡️ I became resilient to negativity, like catcalling or jealousy. Once I understood these actions come from lack of education and self-awareness in others, they stopped affecting me. It’s like wearing a new pair of glasses — I see the world and myself differently.

⛔️ I became a boundary queen. Understanding my worth and learning to protect my body and energy allowed me to set boundaries with confidence.

Hi! 👋 I’m Kaisa, a pioneer in modern s**uality education for women and the creator of PSA®!

During my s**uality educator studies, I discovered my passion for women’s empowerment.

I was shocked to find out, that there was some truly essential information on s**uality that no one taught us anywhere, unless you pursued professional se*ology. In addition to that, I was struck by how our s** education completely overlooked the societal and cultural forces 🌍 that constrain women’s s*uality.

As I dove deep into the history of female s**uality, I discovered that…

Our entire understanding of women and their se*uality is built on a patriarchal narrative—and that narrative isn’t based on scientific facts, it is based on the fear of those who used to be in power. 🏛️

It felt like I had found my calling. I began to see patterns everywhere, particularly in how women were conditioned to suppress their s**ual identity and power over centuries—and I knew I had the answers that would set them free. 🔓

In my passionate research (alongside with my own s**ual liberation journey), I created POWERFUL S**UAL AWARE®— A s**ual empowerment program for adult women consisting everything we should have learned at school, but never did. 🎓

Originally my diploma work upon graduation, PSA® is truly something you can’t find anywhere else. It is my own eclectic mix of se*ology, cultural and societal insights, coaching, and female empowerment brought to you in the most concise and easily digested packaging.

PSA was the missing puzzle piece 🧩 in my own journey to empowerment, and it has filled the same crucial gap for thousands of women over the past five years.
